• Late Fee

    • We enforce a 15 minute or more late fee policy for each increment of 15 minutes or more late which will result in a $25 additional charge after 30 minutes late your appointment may be canceled.
    • The policy also applies if we are 15 minutes or more late. We will reduce your appointment fee by $25.
    • If we are running behind because of an appointment before yours runs overtime we will honor you with a product valued at $15 or less as a thank you for your patience.
  • Cancellation Fee

    • Any cancellation or reschedule request must be made within 48 hours of your appointment time to avoid the 100% missed appointment fee.
    • This fee must be paid before you are able to rebook an appointment at The Loc’atory.
    • Canceling three appointments without effective communication may result in us choosing to part company with you as a client.
  • Refund Policy

    All services and product purchases are final, including:

    - Products
    - Lock extensions
    - Hair and scalp care
    - Clothing merchandise


    Your satisfaction with the services and products you receive at The Loc'atory is important to us.

    At the end of the service, we will always ask if everything is to your satisfaction. This is the time to address any concerns you may have. We will gladly make the necessary adjustments to your services or purchases in accordance with our capability.

    Once you leave the salon without making any concerns known, we assume you are satisfied.
